Pet Peeves

Yesterday, I considered the things that bother me

The small stuff like listening to someone talking on speakerphone in public

Or being interrupted in conversation

These peeves and more are like a itch I can't get rid of

Funny thing though

The words wouldn't come out and rhyme properly to describe the things that bother me.

So…

I took it as a sign

That perhaps I shouldn't whine

And will now set my petty grievances aside.
